Take Me To The River debuted at the IAAC 4th Annual Indian Diaspora Film Festival this past Fall 2004. 35mm print is finished and ready for distribution.
Terra Livre is entering it’s first stage of post-production. Kate Cunningham will be returning to Brazil in February to assemble a rough cut of last year’s footage. Thanks to our friends Lourdes and Lisa at Crossing Borders for their generous support. Terra Livre is currently looking for finishing funds for completion next fall.
New York City Spirit won the 2004 Roy W. Dean New York Film Grant, which amounts to about the equivalent of $50,000 of in-kind offerings of goods and services. This grant will hopefully open the door to further grants to successfully see this film through.
