Music Inn - A Documentary Film - Projectile Arts

Projectile Arts

Mission
Projectile Arts, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering dialogue between different cultures and communities through the arts, with an emphasis on experience rather than analysis. Productions focus on education through entertainment and creative expression, using art as a tool for communication and understanding in a variety of media. We collaborate with promising young artists and producers, often immersing them in unfamiliar worlds where they can gain new inspiration for their work and interact directly in the environment to share their experiences through their respective disciplines.

Introduction
Projectile Arts was founded on the belief that the nonprofit art and community organization of the future must focus on expanding the cultural dialogue of the community in which it acts. Cultural dialogue is not limited in its mediums, forms or expressions – it is simply art and community activities that inspire and promote understanding between individuals and communities. By collaborating with artists throughout the life of every project, Projectile Arts is able to create unique and compelling multiple purpose content that demonstrates that a more inclusive world is possible if the rhetoric of difference is abandoned and replaced by the intuitive understanding that we are all partners in our community. Entertaining, educational and vibrant, Projectile Arts strives to connect artists and students of all expressive media to collaborate and create form the palette of life that we all share.

Financial Note
Any income raised from a particular project that exceeds the production cost will be donated to charities related to the subject matter of the project. Each project is a unique undertaking and requires its own distinct funding arrangement. However, projects are generally funded through a combination of grants, private donations and corporate sponsorships. Some content is also marketed on our website and through other distributors – both non-profit and for-profit – who can help our vision reach the widest possible audience. In the case of the Music Inn documentary, proceeds will go toward a music scholarship in Stephanie Barber’s name. Financial contributions to Projectile Arts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
